Seals stains from smoke damage, bleed through from wood knots, crayon, lipstick, etc. Prime-Lock can be top coated with any latex and most alkyd finishes. Excellent for use on plasterboard, wood, sheet rock. Retards bleed-through from lipstick, crayon, ballpoint pen and varnish.
