A fast drying, white pigmented coating that both primes and seals plaster, wood, drywall and masonry. Low odor, low VOC, solvent based primer. Seals stains from smoke damage, bleed through from wood knots, crayon, lipstick, etc. Prime-Lock can be top coated with any latex and most alkyd finishes. Excellent for use on plasterboard, wood, sheet rock. Retards bleed-through from lipstick, crayon, ballpoint pen and varnish.
