Wallpaper Stripper

Prior to DIF Wallpaper Stripper, most professional paperhangers would not strip wallpaper. The reason: Removing wallcoverings was so difficult and took so much time that homeowners balked at paying what a contractor had to charge to cover his labor costs.

In contrast to DIF, ordinary wallpaper removers, which merely wet the paper and the paste, require a lot of scraping and do not work well except on loose sections. Softened paste tends to build up on the scraper blades, blunting it and leading to wall gouging. DIF eliminated damage to walls where removal of uncoated, water-permeable wallpaper was involved.
